These practices significantly increase the calorie content and overall unhealthiness of meals served. Moreover, cafeterias often offer a limited selection of healthy and nutritious options, making it challenging for employees to make informed choices that align with their health goals.
Cafeterias in the office environment often face space constraints, particularly during peak hours. This can lead to overcrowding and make it challenging for employees to find a place to sit and enjoy their meals.
